What are some benefits and reasons for fasting? The following is a list of my own observations from my own experience with fasting. Each point deserves an explanation but for this video I will simply list them without comment. Here are some of the benefits of fasting:
Food is often used as a tool to manipulate, sedate, medicate, and dumbdown. Food is often used maliciously to develop a sense of obligation and indebtedness. If you eat the wrong food you make yourself vulnerable and can compromise your defenses. This point cannot be overemphasized. Fasting however helps you secure the advantage and to maintain a position of power.
If you follow up your fasting with a plant based diet you will have a desire to be an athlete and develop your body.
The #1 reason to fast is to help you live a life of abundance, energy, and consistent health. That is why the #1 benefit of fasting is that it gives you a love for fruits and vegetables and makes it so easy and enjoyable to eat a plant-based diet.
Think about this: After all your fasting to obtain the benefits, don’t you want to maintain those benefits? Think about it my friend, you just made an investment by fasting and don’t you want to keep and maintain those gains? Of course you do, it’s about the gains and benefits. Go Fast.
